CAMERON— In what’s being called a “multi-front” approach to try and get a stretch of East Cameron Avenue cleaned up, the Milam County Prosecutor’s office has obtained an indictment and a county commissioners resolution directed at its owner within a five-day period.

Tire collection ahead
Saturday in Cameron
A tire collection is planned from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, April 27, at the Precinct 2 Barn, 3106 North Travis in Cameron.
The collection event will accept tires with rims, tubes and tire pieces and all tractor tires.
In addition to an indictment involving what has been ruled as an East Cameron Avenue junkyard (see page 1A) indictments from Thursday’s Grand Jury session were listed as follows by Prosecutor Bill Torrey:
