Master Naturalists meeting set

Is it acceptable to doubt?

The ninth chapter of the Gospel of Mark tells of a father who brought to Jesus a son who was afflicted with a tormenting spirit. Jesus assured the man that “All things can be done for the one who has faith.” In anguish, the father of the child cried out, “I believe; help my unbelief!

Don’t worry

In Matthew 6:25 Jesus said, “Don’t be anxious about your life.” For some reason Bobby McFerrin’s, “Don’t worry be happy” keeps bouncing around in my head. Maybe because God wants His church to be full of hope and joy and to be found trusting Him in every circumstance.

Its time for crawfish

Kyle’s Kitchen Crawfish season is almost here, if it isn't already. It usually starts in February or March depending on the weather. I’m lazy, so the whole, boiled ones are too much work. I normally buy them frozen and already peeled. This first recipe is a blue-ribbon winner from Louisiana.
