The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is hosting its annual Nativity Display at 301 Calhoun Street. “This is a free event, and all are welcome to come see all the different nativities,” said Anna Cain, spokesperson. “We have over 100 nativity sets from all over the world.

I’m not a fan of the holiday season. I’m a cross between Scrooge and the Grinch. I’m not bragging, I’m confessing. That movie Peewee’s Big Adventure will probably best describe this year as we do something new at Thanksgiving. Our youngest daughter, Klaire, is hosting.
