RCS food pantry Rockdale Christian Services operates a food pantry at 224 West Cameron Avenue, open the second and fourth Thursday and Friday of the each month from 10 a.m. to noon.

I checked with the school about news and Nadine said she didn’t have any and that the school activities are going great. I’m sure the teachers are very happy about that. Our granddaughter, Addy, seems to like school.

ORGANIZATIONS

Garden club adds two new members Members of the Crown Garden Club held their September meeting at the home of Jimette Fatheree, club president, with Nancy Marburger serving as co-hostess. The meeting was held on the patio for safety even though all members had been vaccinated for COVID-19.
