I checked with the school about news and Nadine said she didn’t have any and that the school activities are going great. I’m sure the teachers are very happy about that. Our granddaughter, Addy, seems to like school.

We’re celebrating everything at RIS this year

As I reflect on my time as an educator, I find myself comparing current times to when I was in school. If I think really hard, I can remember my time in Elementary school. I say “think hard,” because that was a really long time ago.

ORGANIZATIONS

Garden club adds two new members Members of the Crown Garden Club held their September meeting at the home of Jimette Fatheree, club president, with Nancy Marburger serving as co-hostess. The meeting was held on the patio for safety even though all members had been vaccinated for COVID-19.
