Spring garage sale to be held April 16-18

Milano VFD is having their huge spring garage sale April 16-18 at the fire station in Milano. RAIN— I am so thankful for the rain. I hate to tell you that College Station received more rain than we did. Doesn’t seem fair. PRAYERS— A good friend of mine was recently diagnosed with breast cancer.

HOLY WEEK LUNCHEONS— The Rockdale Ministerial Alliance organized community luncheons during Holy Week on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday before Easter. Peace Lutheran Church hosted the luncheons and reported great participation from area churches, including Rising Star Baptist, St. Thomas Episcopal, First Christian, St. John’s United Methodist, First Presbyterian and St Joseph Catholic by provision of food, music and sermon messages. Between 45 and 50 people from the area attended each day.
