Work to renovate the former Little River Hospital building is under way. The building is being stripped to the walls and ceilings before the new construction begins. The county judge noted there has been interested parties asking about the downtown buildings the county will vacate once work is finished remodeling the former hospital buildings that will be home to county offices.
