Three arrested for stolen check spree in Rockdale

Three Rockdale residents were arrested at midweek last week and charged with using stolen checks at several Rockdale businesses. Lt. Stephen Goodrich said the checks were stolen from the Hutto Ag Boosters Club. “They were being passed at several locations in Rockdale including Brookshire Bros.

Classic Car show at Pres by terian Church The third annual Classic Car Show and Fall Festival will be held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Nov. 26. Entry fee for cars is $20 per vehicle.

ROCKDALE CHRISTIAN SERVICES

Rockdale Christian Services operates a food pantry at 224 W. Cameron Ave., open 10 a.m. until noon weekdays. Donations of non-perishable food items are welcome, especially one-pound bags of rice, pinto beans, macaroni and cheese, canned soups and peanut butter.
