The “Meet the Tigers” event will take place at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 5, at Tiger Stadium. Last December my wife and I saw a Facebook post about a home for sale here in Rockdale. Neither of us had even heard of Rockdale before, but they were having an open house the following weekend, so we thought it would be fun to take a drive and check it out.
