An incident reported at a Rockdale business ended with the Saturday arrest of a 23-year-old Rockdale man. Lt. Stephen Goodrich said Jesus Llanas Sanchez was charged with indecency with a child/sexual contact. He said the incident involved a 16-year-old female.
