• The Pfizer vaccine received an emergency use authorization for people 16 and older from the FDA on Friday, Dec. 11, 2020. • Texas was allocated 224,250 doses of vaccine which will be shipped to 110 providers (hospitals) across the state in Week 1 of distribution.

Good Samaritan Dear editor, While jogging last Tuesday in Rockdale I tripped and fell on uneven pavement and landed hard. As I lay in the street with blood running into my right eye and my wrist and ribs hurting, I heard several cars go by and then one stopped.
