Towards the end of last month, I had a chance to visit Mexico for the first time in my life. The plan was to hang out in Mexico City before lying on the beach for the rest of my trip in Oaxaca, near Puerto Escondido. I didn’t want to deal with the crowds of Cancun, but after a hectic spring, I still didn’t want to do much besides relax.
Monday—Glazed ham, candied sweet potatoes, green beans, cantaloupe, wheat bread, milk.
