Mr. Billig Robert Lee Billig, 74, passed away Feb. 1, 2025, at home in Spokane, Washington. Born on Feb. 4, 1950, Robert dedicated much of his life to his community and his country. Rober t graduated from Sealy High School and soon after enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps, serving from 1968 to 1970.
