Ralph Vernon Salter Jr., 83, of Rockdale died Saturday, Jan. 16, 2021. He was laid to rest Saturday, Jan. 23 at Harmony Cemetery on CR 320. Mr. Salter was born in Cowley County, Kansas, on Oct. 19, 1937, to Ralph Vernon Salter Sr. and Bessie Jane (Williams) Salter.
