Mildred “Fern” Bush, 89 of Milano, died Saturday, Jan. 30, 2021, at Legacy Nursing Home in Cameron. Services will be private with burial at Newsom Cemetery in Pontotoc. Mrs. Bush was born May 8, 1931, in Llano County to Ray and Thelma (Talley) Adams.

Mills

Susan DeAnn “Wells” Mills was born on Nov. 29, 1962, in Rockdale on Thanksgiving Day to Barbara Jean “Jeanie” Betchan (nee Taylor) and Ted Roy Wells. She attended Rockdale High School and later went on to attend college at SCI in Austin where she graduated with a 4.0.

Maria De Jesus Ordaz Rocha, 57, of Milano, went to be with her heavenly Father, surrounded by her loving family, on Friday, Jan. 29, 2021. S e r - vices will be at 12-noon Thursday, Feb. 4, at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Milano Cemetery.

CAMERON—Jerry Tate Brown, 80, of Gause died Wednesday, Jan. 20, 2021. Funeral services were held Saturday, Jan. 23, at the K athr y n W. Green Chapel of Green-Patterson Funeral Home in Cameron, with Miguel Colon officiating. A military graveside service followed at Liberty Cemetery, near Cameron.

BURNET—Funeral services for June Marie Owens, 91, of Burnet will be held Jan. 30, 2021, at Clements-Wilcox Funeral Home in Burnet with David Watson of Benchley officiating. Mrs. Owens died Sunday, Jan. 24, in Georgetown. She was born Sept. 8, 1927, in Haskell to Bertie (Phemister) and Oval Shaw.
