The Rockdale Tigers’ fo otba l l se a son ended this past Friday with Senior DeAndre Stephens playing his last football game at Tiger Stadium. This Friday was the only game of the 2025 season that Stephens didn't get into the end zone. He still had a great game with 11 receptions for 122 yards.

For the Tiger seniors, it was their last time doing the alma mater as their high school careers came to an end. The Tigers finished 1-4 in district, failing to make the playoffs.

The Rockdale Tigers season came to an end on Friday night at Tiger Stadium with the No. 1 ranked Franklin Lions in town. The Tigers knew they had their work cut out for them, but they lost the battle, 70-18.

Thorndale 49, Holland 13 HOLLAND—The Thorndale Bulldogs (7-3, 4-1) were victorious, 49-13, Friday against the Holland Hornets (1-9, 0-5) to finish second in District 14-2A Division I. The Bulldogs were hosted by the Hornets Friday night for the final district game.

Rockdale Tiger Youth Football & Cheer concluded its season this past weekend with a thirdplace victory over Elgin Youth Football League, 20-0. The varsity youth team (above) were the lone team to advance into the playoffs this season.
