All hands on deck; Stephens sets another receiving record

The Rockdale Tigers had an impressive win on Friday night in Groesbeck, with a couple Tigers stepping in when needed and making an impact on the outcome of the game. Running back Kendrick Henderson had four touchdowns on the night with six carries and 47 yards rushing.

The Tigers and Giddings Buffaloes lit up the scoreboard with Rockdale coming up on the losing end, 44-36; the Bulldogs were dropped by Class 1A-D1 No. 1-ranked Gordon Longhorns, 54-21; and Eagles dumped by Moody Bearcats, 43-7, Sports 4A.

Buffaloes outlast the Tigers
