RCS food pantry Rockdale Christian Services operates a food pantry at 224 West Cameron Avenue, open 10 a.m. until noon weekdays. Donations of non-perishable food items are welcome, especially one-pound bags of rice, pinto beans, macaroni and cheese, canned soups and peanut butter.

Class of 1 slates 30th reunion session The class of 1989 will hold their 30th reunion during the Oct 25-27 weekend. Scheduled events include the Batle of the Bell hoe football game against Cameron, a social get-together at The ranch Sat. evening and visits to local restaurants.
