Committal services for Rebecca Lewis, 95, of Lexington, where held on Wednesday, Dec. 15, 2021, in the Lexington Cemetery w ith Pastor Chris Bruce officiating. A service to celebrate her life followed at First Baptist Church in Lexington.

Lillian Irene Cast, age 94, of Thorndale passed away early Thursday morning, Dec. 2, 2021, in Baylor Scott & White Hospital. Services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 7, at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Thorndale with Pastor Craig Schinnerer and Pastor Wilburn Michalk officiating.

Coldiron

Alvin “JR” Coldiron, 93, of Milano died Saturday Nov. 27, 2021, at his home in the Sand Grove community. A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday Dec. 4 at Sand Grove Church of Christ Cemetery. Mr. Coldiron was born Aug. 5, 1928, in the Sand Grove community.

Douglas

HEARNE—Services for Carl Wayne Douglas, 80, were held Saturday, Nov. 20, 2021, at All Families Mortuary Chapel in Hearne with Rev. Rodrick Jackson officiating. Burial was at Bryan City Cemetery in Bryan. Mr. Douglas died Tuesday, Nov. 7.

Mamie Louise “Weezie” Jonas, 59, of Taylor died Wednesday, Nov. 17, 2021, at her home in Taylor. Graveside services were held Wednesday, Nov. 24, at I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Rockdale.

Oliver Edward Rogers, 88, of Rockdale died Saturday, Nov. 27, 2021, at Baylor Scott & White Hospital in Temple. Graveside services are set for 2 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 2, at Oak Lawn Cemetery in Rockdale.

Ellis

Arthur Leon Ellis, 72, of Rockdale died Monday, Nov. 15, 2021, in Rockdale. A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 28, at Pecan Street Church of Christ in Rockdale with Bro. John Mitchell officiating. Burial will be at Oak Lawn Cemetery in Rockdale.

Jackson

Jennifer “Ninnie” Sue Jackson was born Dec. 1, 1956, in Taylor to Velma Lucille Self and Jesse Woodrow Jackson. She lived with her mother and father and two siblings, Randall Wayne and Deborah Carolyn, in Thorndale and then Star until she graduated from M.B. Smiley High School in May 1974.

Mueck

CAMERON—Betty Lou Mueck, 74, of Calvert died Friday, Nov. 19, 2021, at her home. Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 24, at the Oak Hill pavilion in Cameron. Burial will be at Oak Hill Cemetery. Visitation was to be from 12:30 until 2 p.m. at Marek-Burns-Laywell Funeral Home in Cameron.

Sandra Kay Rackley, 76, of Rockdale died Wednesday, Nov. 10, 2021, at her home in Rockdale. A memorial service was celebrated at Meadowbrook Baptist Church in Rockdale on Thursday, Nov. 18, with Pastor Stephen Ammons officiating. Mrs. Rackley was born April 18, 1945, in Kerrville to Alvin R .
