William D. “Bill” Luckey, 86, of Rockdale passed away on Sunday, Oct. 8, 2023, in Temple. A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Thurs day, Oct. 12, at Phillips & Luckey Funeral Home in Rockdale. Mr. Luckey Officiating will be Berry Methvin. Burial will follow at I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Rockdale.

FORT WORTH—Margaretha (Margo) Anna Maria Von Hess Luedke was born on April 10, 1930, in Innsbruck, Austria. She was the youngest of four children born to Gottfried and Anna Hess.

Noak

Noak LA GRANGE—Lois Ann  Noak, 85, of Round Top, peacefully passed away on Saturday, June 17, 2023, in Giddings. She was born Dec. 30, 1937, to Eddie and Ida (Struck) Braun in Burton. She grew up in the Burton area, attending elementar y and middle school in Brenham.

Maria Margarita Holalde Garcia

Maria Margarita Holalde Garcia, 80, of Ama r i llo went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, Oct. 1, 2023. She was born to Emilio and Elena Holalde in Amarillo on June 10, Mrs. Garcia 1943. In 1966, she met the love of her life, John Garcia of Rockdale, who had served in the Air Force for 22 years.

TAYLOR—Richard Newton Butts, 94, passed away peacefully Sept. 24, 2023, while residing at S.P.J.S.T. in Taylor. Newton was born Dec. 1, 1928, in Thorndale to Lonnie George and Nel l Grace Newton Butts.

Pamela Jean Tilotta, 60, of College Station died Tuesday Sept. 19, 2023, in Temple. Ser v ic e s were held Saturday, Sept. 23, at Phillips & Luckey Funeral Home in Rockdale. Bur ia l fol lowed at I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Rockdale. Pamela was born in Houston on Oct. 24, 1962, to Fred and Mary Clark.

Alberta Offield, 97, of Rockdale died Wednesday, Sept. 20, 2023, at Winnie L Nursing Home in Cameron. A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 1, at Oak Lawn Cemetery in Rockdale. Officiating will be Steve Young. A visitation will start at 12:30 p.m.

Mrs. Clark Margie Marie Clark, 100, of Rockdale passed away on Thursday, Sept. 14, 2023, at Rockdale Estates in Rockdale. A funeral service was held Monday, Sept. 18, at Phillips & Luckey Funeral Home in Rockdale with Pastor Patrick Welton officiating. Burial followed at I.O.O.F.

Mr. Cooper Bradley Dwayne Cooper, 62, passed away on Aug. 4, 2023, at his home in Minerva. A celebration of life will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 23, at Minerva Community Center.
