Dr. David Franklin Lovett, 75, of Lubbock passed away Friday, Nov. 3, 2023. David was born on June 2, 1948, in Olney to Dr. Raymond and Hazel Lovett. He grew up in Olney and graduated from Olney High School in 1966.
