Last week, the Texas High School Baseball Coaches Association announced that Thorndale baseball players Bryson Beran and Logan Davis were all-state selections. Beran, who concluded the year with 38 hits, 23 runs batted in and a batting average of .404, was pegged for the top team as a first baseman.
