Rockdale High School golfers went east to Navasota yesterday where senior Jake Hasselbach finished as a silver medalist, shooting an 82. Other Tiger golfers were A.J. Hicks (106), Creek Windham (108), Carson Eoff (116), and Mason Meschwitz (122).

Every possession counted for the Milano Eagle basketball team this past Wednesday in their 50-38 win at Hearne, where they beat one of Class 2A’s most reputable programs just three years removed from a state tournament appearance.
Going into the fourth quarter, the Lady Tigers led 38-30 over Florence, a team that beat them 42-40 in their December district opener.
