The last full week of this year’s volleyball season was disappointing as the Lady Tigers lost to both Troy at their last home match Friday night and then earlier in the week they lost to Lorena. The final against Troy was Troy 3, Rockdale 0 and the final against Lorena was the same.

Bremond upends Milano

The Milano Eagles lost a home game last week against the Bremond Tigers. The final score was Bremond 48, Milano 13. The Tigers came out with a roar and scored first, they missed the extra point but took the lead against the Eagles 6-0.

Thrall overruns Thorndale

What’s proven to be a disappointing season for the Thorndale Bulldogs stayed on track with another loss last Friday night. This time it was against the neighboring Thrall Tigers. The final score was Thrall 42, Thorndale 14.

LADY TIGERS VOLLEYBALL

It was another rough week for a talented and hard-fighting Lady Tiger volleyball team. LEXINGTON— Earlier in the week the Lexington Eagles came into town and beat our Lady Tigers 3-1 on Senior Night where players Georgia Woodard, Halle Jimenez and Jamy Laywell were all recognized.

THURSDAY’S TIGERS

The sub-varsity Blue and Gold fell short by one point Thursday against the Lorena Leopards. The final score of the contest was Lorena Leopards 15, Rockdale Tigers 14. The DNA of the varsity is obviously a part of this Tiger squad.
